ROOM AVAILABLE MARCH 1, 2025 SPRING OR SUMMER SEMESTER. Great home close to Trinity Western University. 10 minute walk to transit. One furnished bedroom with private bathroom. Shared amenities, with owners only, (kitchen, laundry) own fridge available. Towels, bedding, special kitchen things like blender, latte machine are not supplied but dishes, pots and pans and other kitchen wares are. No kids in the house just working grown ups! The room is for one person. We only take one student so there is no crowding for space. The cost for the space is $900 per month. Short term lease is also possible. References are required.
